Salon Policy

Late arrivals

In order to respect the time of both client and stylist we ask you to arrive to your appointment on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be imposed with a late fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and may be asked to reschedule. 

 

Late Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment please give at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Cancellations that break this rule may cause a fee of up to 50% of the total bill which is to be paid when booking the next appointment. 

 

No shows

In the case of missing your appointment, you may be imposed with a fee worth up to 100% of the total bill which will be added to your next bill. Moreover, booking your next appointment may require paying a non refundable booking fee. 

Two or more missed appointments will lead to not being able to book any further appointments. 

 

Consultations

Your first consultation at the salon is complementary. Any further consultations after the first may be charged.

    

These policies are nonnegotiable. Our salon staff have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, intoxicated or if their state of health may Influence the effect of the service.
